Having a great canvas for makeup is the most important step, and in our busy lives, we have to make sure we dedicate a few minutes to set us up for skin success. Try a new face mask, spend a few minutes massaging your favorite serums and moisturizers into your skin letting it truly absorb.
Once your skin is fed, and feels radiant, it’s play time! Pop on a winged cat-eye inspired eyeliner, and maybe not just in black! A dark gun-metal grey, forest green or a brownish-merlot color is the perfect segue into fall. Take that bonze neutral eye you’ve been flaunting, keep the same shape you’ve been rocking, and take the tones a few octaves up, and make them darker! My favorite eye look right now is mixing bonze neutrals with soft burgundy’s!
A vampy, dark lip look is always a fall go-to! If you’re not all the way ready to stamp on that bordeaux lipstick, try more of a raspberry color instead, and introduce a similar shade to the cheeks.
