During the Q & A portion of the evening one of the attendees let Williams know her song Believe helped her get through a period of depression.  Williams walked over to the attendee and sang a portion of that song to her, then sang more of the song to all of the guests in attendance.

Williams quickly won over the crowd with her fun and humorous personality. She was refreshingly down to earth and cracked quite a few jokes during the Q & A. Yet, she inspired women when she shared her story about how she overcame depression and how she decided to pursue her bedding line after Destiny’s Child, though she was laughed at by former business associates.
