For the Love of Flare

unnamed-4After the Skinny Jean epidemic that broke the fashion industry within the last eight years, I would’ve never thought that bell bottoms would be seen on just about every runway for Spring 2016. I’m on the farthest side from the complaint department as  the 70s are my favorite decade! Give me velvet, fringe and platforms; I am good to go.

How could you be opposed to buying a pair of flares? What else could make your legs look so long and waist so thin? Checkout my top Fall 2015 flare pants that you should add to your collection:

Style Blogger Sheryl Luke from Walk in Wonderland sporting her medium blue wash denim flares by Mother. These things are sexy for fall as it is a good look for Autumn with its super faded, light weight , and high waisted fit. Sheryl is wearing her pair from Ron Herman with a Comme Des Garcons Play Long Sleeve Logo Tee in white and navy blue.

Is the western hippie look just not for you? Then Zara’s Wide Leg Studio Trousers in black will have your minimal senses tingling. Wear these flares in the office or with a sassy top. What I love about a black flare pant is its versatility…

Lastly it’s time to get crazy, now that you have all of your “staple” flares in your closet it’s ok to get one more pair that categorizes as your element . I am a fan of bold, vivid, and out of the ordinary prints so when I saw Mary Myers in her own flares by  Nouvelle Royale I was instantly attached to the brand. Printed pants says a lot about their owners. It defines each individual to the 100th power especially when you know what to pair your prints with. Wear your print flare pants with as much fringe as you can possibly find, a leather jacket, chunky heels and some very dark, sleek shades.
