The owners of Charlotte-based Polished Nail Bar have developed POLISHED GEL BASE and POLISHED GEL TOP, which they guaranteed to make a gel manicure last for at least 14 days. POLISHED GEL BASE and POLISHED GEL TOP products will be used exclusively at all Polished Nail Bars and can be paired to work with other nail brands.
Sonny Kim, co-owner of Polished Nail Bar promises customers can have the mani fixed at no additional charge if their gel manicure using the new products doesn’t hold up for at least two weeks. Just show your receipt for the original service.
“We listened to our customers and saw an opportunity. Our customers want a gel manicure that is long lasting, easy to remove, and protects nails. Current gel technology doesn’t fit all of those needs,” said Kim. “We reached out to manufacturers and developed our own solution. POLISHED GEL BASE and POLISHED GEL TOP are another layer of customer service we can offer.”
Polished Nail Bar’s owners brought the nail bar concept to Charlotte in 2006 with the opening of the South End location. They have three other locations: Myers Park, next to the Manor Theater; SouthPark, in the Allen Tate Building; and Stonecrest in Ballantyne, next to Target. A location in Huntersville is scheduled to open this summer, and a location in South Charlotte’s Waverly development is slated for late 2016.
Polished Nail Bars are open Monday– Saturday, 9:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m., and Sunday, 1 p.m.-5 p.m. For more information:iPolished.com.
