Carolina STYLE Magazine presents the first of our Film & Artisan First Friday Event Series. Join us the First Friday of every month as we highlight the Carolina film industry with preview screenings and themed art exhibitions inspired by each film.
STYLE partners with Rob Underhill Production to highlight the best cinematic works from filmmakers across the Carolinas in conjunction with the Raleigh Art Festival whose local artist’s, photographer’s and craftsmen’s themed works coincide with each month’s featured film.
ZINDA NEW ASIAN plays host, featuring an HD 120″ projected screen, over 80 seats, and an incredible sound system.

The Raleigh Art Festival is a nonprofit organization founded by Artist Christopher Terrell dedicated to the discovery and development of independent artists and audiences. Through its programs, the Institute seeks to discover, support, and inspire independent artists, both international and domestic, by offering them opportunities to showcase their craft to new audiences.

FEATURED FILM JUNE 7TH :
Join our featured filmmaker, Director Rob Underhill as he unveils his half hour TV pilot titled THE AGENT for the television series in development called, “Fever Dreams”. The series is in the vein of Tales from the Crypt or Creep Show.
Don Reynolds, screenplay agent, is under pressure from his biggest client to find a teleplay for the Chiller Show. A filthy Bum pushes a screenplay on Don, which he finally looks at after enduring creepy persuasion. Ultimately, in THE AGENT , Don finds himself in a desperate struggle to keep his sanity and his soul.
