Come out for the 2013 season kickoff of Oak City 7, with Orquesta GarDel, Old Quarter, Erin Nenni Band and Peak City Blues! The Aquafina Happy Hour kicks off at 5:00 PM, with $1 pizza slices from La Volta plus early local performers. The main stage music kicks off at 6:30 and rocks until 10:30. Join Carolina STYLE Magazine as we celebrate the 25 Most Stylish fashionistas, business leaders, socialites and philanthropists who are influencing positive change right here in the Triangle. Begin your evening with photos on the STYLE Red Carpet, and make sure to smile for the cameras! We just may surprise you with a live interview for an appearance on STYLETV. Enter the gorgeous AIA Center for Architecture and Design and preview live fashion exhibits by featured designers: Elena Viana and Sarah Cannon, as well as a Digital Photography Exhibit by RALEIGH STATIC, and music from DJ SPCLGST! Come out and enjoy a night of Passion with passionate creatives! Live music by the Nick Driver Band, Marissa Rhoades, DJ Severance, as well as fire and snake dancing by Mundi Broda and Mindy Reaves, and dancing performances by Nicolle Greenhood and Nicola Bullock. There will also be a live fashion and hair show featuring Jean Morisson and Alexandra Rose’s clothing line POPaRoxy, Katrice Clermont, body paint fashion artistry and wardrobe, tutus by Britany Shea of Entrtherworld, Saint Sallys by Mindy Reaves, and Curva Hand Crafted Wire Art by Lisa Lotz. Makeup by Marissa Rhoades and Laurie Linney, and Hair by Ashley McCauley and Yukisha Peaches Dublin will also grace the runway. The night will also feature photographers Jason Rizzo of RaleighStatic, Dee Anderson, Douglas Lally, and Freeman.

The Art of Style’s Summer Charity Fashion Show, Part II/Take II

Come out for a night full of fashion, fun, and festivities as The Art of Style boutique hosts its bi-annual charity fashion show benefiting The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Mix and mingle with other fashion lovers while snacking on treats, sipping wine and beer, and participating in the live and silent auctions taking place before, during, and after the runway show! There will also be a DKMS on board that will walk you through how to help register to donate marrow for those patients in need of your help! Come watch the fabulous summer lines walk the runway while jamming out to the sounds of the DJs and giving in STYLE!
