Celebrity Access: Home Decor Trend Report 2013

Fresh off the heels of another successful trip to market, we’ve got some exciting news on the home furnishings front!  Showrooms at last month’s High Point Furniture Market, displayed 2013’s trend forecast which calls for essential home products with more natural, and rustic tones.  Lending inspiration from cultural and natural settings around the world, designers have created a “Top Three” for styling celebrity homes this year.  Southwestern nomadic accents, Indigo dyed fabrics, and equestrian-themed furnishings are the newest, trend-setting products that will keep you in line with the Joneses.

The Blue Hue

Indigo, one of the world’s oldest dyes, is making a comeback and Lillian August is helping bring it to the forefront.  The Ridgeline Dhurrie Indigo Pillow, with its rich colors and textures, has definitely piqued our interest.

Looking to make a bolder statement?  The Ikea Klippan sofa is sleek and modern with its straight lines and square style.  Covering it in Indigo blue adds the perfect charm to your living room.

Nomadic Treasures

Kravet’s new fabric line “Nomad Chic” exhibits luxurious accents in Southwestern couture.  Celebrities are loving the Handwork Shale Rug, as proof you don’t need to mount a deer’s head above your mantle place to showcase your southwestern style.

Equestrian Eloquence

After their successful partnership garnered rave reviews, Caracole became synonymous with Ralph Lauren Home.  The new Modern Farmhouse collection has solidified the pair as headliners of traditional, country home decor.  Featured below is the Equestrian Wing-Back Chair upholstered in a plaid houndstooth fabric.
