Denim & Diamonds

Location: Brier Creek Country Club

Introducing Cornucopia Cancer Support Center’s new signature fundraising event, Denim & Diamonds. Guests will enjoy an evening of dinner, dancing, entertainment, live and silent auctions, raffles, and a special dessert display competition as a tribute to Cornucopia’s retired and beloved ‘A Chocolate Affair’. Over 400 people regularly attend Cornucopia’s annual fundraiser, which raises over $100,000 for Cornucopia. The proceeds from the event provide nearly four months of operating funds for the organization. So throw on your favorite pair of jeans, dress it up with your best bling, and come out for an evening of giving in STYLE.

The Collective Fashion Show

Date: Saturday, March 9th

Time: 7:00 – 9:00 PM

Location: Roundabout Art Collective

The Art of Style is hosting their second art collaboration with the Roundabout Art Collective, where they will be showcasing their very own manager and fashion designer, Natalie Drennon, as she debuts her newest collaboration, The Collective: All Things Strange + Beautiful, along with fellow local fashion designer, Keely Cansler. Both designers will be previewing looks from their newest spring 2013 and fall 2013 collections, followed by a full fashion show on April 26th. The designers, both products of the N.C. State textile and design programs, will each show five garments from their lines. Come enjoy a night full of fashion, mingling with the designers and models, art, food, wine, and style. be sure not to miss out on this stellar, fashion-forward event.

The Downtown Dish

Date:  Sunday, March 10th

WBON Charity Fashion Show & Fundraiser

Location: Tony’s Oyster Bar

Indulge in a lunch buffet (vegetarian and non-fish items available), while enjoying an entertaining fashion show from local boutiques and stores. There will also be door prizes, including the chance to win the hottest shoes and accessories, as well as networking opportunities and a brief presentation from The Carying Place Inc. The event is open to MEN and WOMEN of all ages! This event is a “shoe in” so wear your hottest shoes because at this event…it’s ALL about the Shoes! Tickets are $20 and door prize tickets for $10 will be available to purchase at the door.

Rebecca Minkoff Meet & Greet

Date: Wednesday, March 13th

Time: 1:00 – 2:00 PM

Location: Saks Fifth Avenue, Triangle Town Center

Designer Rebecca Minkoff will be visiting Raleigh for a meet and greet. That night, Minkoff will showcase her Spring collection during a 5:00 -7:00 PM at a Girls’ Night Out event. Enjoy a custom nail bar, ponytails bar, musical entertainment, makeovers by Laura Mercier, as well as cocktails and light bites during the showcase. Carolina STYLE Magazine’s Annual Nominations Kick-Off Event for the 25 Most Stylish People of the Triangle
