The Look: Hot ‘n’ Cold Smoky Eye

The Look: Hot ‘n’ Cold Smoky Eye

Makeup application just got a little more interesting, get The Look: Hot ‘n’ Cold Smoky Eye.  It’s all about accenting the usual smoky eye with a vibrant color.

The first step is your smoky eye; some may use a dark tint of eyeshadow on the upper lid and crease, while others start with a neutral hue on the lid and continue with smoky shadow on crease and corners.

Add the finishing touch by applying a vibrant shade (neon pink, red, yellow, etc.) on the lower lash line.  Using an angled liner brush is ideal; for a dramatic look smudge with finger tips.
